Substitution Policy
The images we display represent a general style of the arrangement and may occasionally include unique elements such as special vases that are not always available for exact replication.
The final arrangement may not match the image 100%, but we guarantee it will maintain the same essence and style. In some cases, it may be necessary to make substitutions in the flowers or container due to factors such as weather, seasonality, or market availability.
If a substitution is required, we will ensure that the design, color combination, and overall concept of the arrangement remain intact. We will only replace items with products of equal or greater value, always respecting the chosen aesthetic.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
